Renting with Panache
How long is the rental period?
The standard rental window is up to three days: collect before your event, wear it on the day and return it on the agreed date.
Is there a security deposit?
Selected items require a refundable deposit. The amount and return conditions are explained clearly before you confirm the booking.
Can I try the outfit before booking?
Yes. We recommend a boutique visit so you can check the fit and coordinate accessories with help from our team.
Do I need to clean the outfit?
No. Please return the item in the condition agreed at pickup; our team manages routine garment care and maintenance.
How do I confirm availability?
Send us the product name or code with your event date through the enquiry form or WhatsApp. We will confirm availability directly.
